Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Monitor budget performance and identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into financial metrics.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP) and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
