Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to predict future financial performance and assess business scenarios.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording of financial data and compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budget process and manage monthly rolling forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel (Advanced functions, VBA, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
