Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecast.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to set realistic financial targets.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and research to support strategic decision-making initiatives.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
