Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to assess business performance and potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and translate them into financial metrics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
