Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and oversee ongoing expense management.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
