Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances to explain significant results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and audit schedules to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into business insights.
