Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support organizational goals.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to recommend strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to simulate various business scenarios.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide actionable financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear insights.
