Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive business strategy and support high-level decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Identify trends and variances in financial data to recommend actionable solutions and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital allocation and project evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL or BI tools.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
