Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor monthly variance analysis against the budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
