Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting, scenario planning, and valuation
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Monitor compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for leadership review
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP/Oracle ERP system experience and SQL knowledge
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
