Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, including monthly variance analysis and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Perform variance analysis on actual results versus budget and prior year, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Support financial modeling initiatives to evaluate potential projects, investments, and capital expenditures.
- Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations.
- Streamline financial workflows by utilizing data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
