Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
- Perform variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare clear, concise, and high-level reports and presentations for the C-suite and board meetings.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cash flow, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
