Responsibilities
- Assist in Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret complex financial data using Excel and internal software tools.
- Budget Support: Aid in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining financial processes and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
- Client & Stakeholder Support: Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and external clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred. High school diploma or GED with relevant coursework or industry certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is also considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in data and ensure precision in all documentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial data clearly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new concepts quickly.
