Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational improvements.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across departments.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
