Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of company performance, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop accurate financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Monitor budget variances and provide variance analysis reports to management.
- Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
