Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actuals and budgets.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage the annual operating budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and Power Query).
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
