Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenarios for budgeting and long-term planning.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project budgets against actuals.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and capital expenditure proposals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
