Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance reporting, to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts for budgeting, pricing, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and audits as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
