As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and efficiency across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop robust financial models to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets, identifying trends and variances.
- Reporting & Presentation: Create executive-level presentations and reports for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Cost Management: Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and SQL is required.
- Software: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
