Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting and planning cycles.
- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory filings as required.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and corporate accounting principles.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) or SQL is a significant plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
