Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop, maintain, and interpret financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the audit process by compiling necessary documentation and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
