As a Financial Analyst at Apex, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies, providing actionable insights to leadership, and driving profitability across our diverse portfolio of assets in the region.
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Build complex financial models and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support executive decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate revenue and expense forecasts.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and internal financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all financial processes adhere to regulatory standards and assist in internal and external audits.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current financial workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into strategic business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
