Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on operational performance metrics to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into strategic business recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requests and regulatory filings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
