Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring full compliance with GAAP standards.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process, create complex financial models, and provide accurate forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes and reporting workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy across the department.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel and financial software to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is mandatory.
