Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models.
- Identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and financial impacts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
