Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets for executive review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial projections.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA candidate preferred.
