Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop operational budgets and monitor spending against KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and executive summaries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and corporate financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
