Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models and perform variance analysis to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of departmental budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate finance principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA designation is a significant plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
