Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting, to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor annual budgets and strategic operating plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within financial operations.
- Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis or a related financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
