Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor/client communications
- Prepare financial statements and assist with quarterly/annual audits
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction recording and reporting
- Support month-end closing procedures and expense report processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with tax professionals during filing seasons
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
