Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and long-term strategic plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
