Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analysis tools to assess business performance and ROI.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor budget adherence and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to drive operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-financial audiences.
