Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize capital allocation across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
- Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
