Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis to explain variances between actuals and forecasts.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational improvements to enhance profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
