Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts to identify trends.
- Prepare and present clear, concise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital allocation decisions and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data to non-finance stakeholders.
