Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support organizational goals.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to establish accurate financial targets.
- Identify process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to drive profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
