Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the budget preparation process for various departments.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and data.
- Collaborate with team members to develop financial models and projections.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
