Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that help optimize our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and strategy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification as a CPA or CFA is a plus.
