Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to assess business performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Assist in the budgeting process and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting using Excel (advanced functions and VBA preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
