Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and budget planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to predict future financial performance.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial guidance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
