Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and P&L statements.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis and operational reviews to identify trends, variances, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for executive presentations and board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Candidate must be highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
