Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to simulate business scenarios and track KPIs.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and monitor departmental spending against established budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
