Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support business decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and strategic financial plans.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Present complex financial data and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.
