Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to drive business decisions and improve profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor budgets and forecasts while conducting variance analysis against actuals.
- Build complex financial models to project future scenarios and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies during all reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
