Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support business strategy.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and scenario planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify financial trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification as a CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
