Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results, to senior leadership.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and long-term financial models.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
