Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Develop complex financial models and generate accurate monthly/quarterly reports to support executive decision-making.
- Budget Management: Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing expense forecasts for various departments.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial processes adhere to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in M&A activities and long-term strategic planning by providing financial projections and scenario analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL.
- Tools: Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: CFA or CPA designation is a plus.
