Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy.
- Assist in the budgeting process and conduct variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future financial performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within financial data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
