Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop accurate financial models to predict revenue, expenses, and cash flow trends for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of performance.
- Reporting & Presentation: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial reporting processes and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Risk Assessment: Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate exposure and maximize returns.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Certifications: CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus.
