Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support business planning, budgeting, and long-term strategic goals.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Analyze variances between actual financial performance and budgeted figures to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into business value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-financial audiences.
